    1.0 SHOPPING IN KOLMÅRDEN'S WEBSHOP

    These general terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") only apply when you as a consumer make a purchase via www.kolmarden.com and associated pages.

    Your purchase means that an agreement is entered into between you and Kolmårdens Djurpark AB with organization number 556447-5894 ("Kolmården"). In order to make a purchase via the Website, you must accept the Terms. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you undertake to comply with the Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Completed order means that you accept our terms of purchase and you choose yourself whether your details are registered in our customer register.

    To make a purchase on the Website, you must be 18 years of age. Kolmården does not accept credit purchases by persons under the age of 18. Kolmården reserves the right in individual cases to refuse or change your purchase (in case of incorrect personal data or payment remarks, for example). Kolmården has the right to refuse orders for physical products if the delivery address is outside Sweden or is incorrect. Kolmården reserves itself for any typographical errors on the Website.

    All prices are stated including VAT. No purchases from countries outside Europe are allowed.

    1.1 Payment information

    We accept payment via card, bank transfer, invoice 14 days (SEK 0 fee), Klarna Direkt, partial payment via Klarna. For more information, contact Klarna.

    You can also pay with a Parks & Resorts gift card.

    1.2 Personal data

    Personal data that you provided to us in connection with a purchase will be used by us at Kolmården so that we can maintain our relationship with you as a customer. This means that we do not disclose your personal data or e-mail address to third parties, unless there are special reasons, e.g. that police, prosecutors or the like request information.     2.0 TICKETS, SEASON PASSES & GIFT CARDS

    2.1 Delivery conditions

    Digital delivery and "Pick up in park"

    • Your tickets and vouchers are delivered within a few minutes to the selected email address/phone. Fee: SEK 0.
    • When choosing the "Pick up in park" option, you can pick up your products at the park's ticket offices during opening hours. Fee: SEK 0.

    Home delivery of season tickets and gift cards

    • Normally shipped within 7 working days.
    • Shipping fee will be added. Home delivery only takes place within Sweden. Please note that we only ship products to Sweden.

    2.2 Right of withdrawal

    Entrance tickets, exclusive animal experiences and activities

    When you buy tickets, exclusive animal experiences or activities to Kolmården, you have free rebooking and cancellation up to 2 days before the day of your visit. You can also book your ticket for a cancellation fee up to and including 09:00 the same day.

    If you want to cancel less than 2 days before your visit, a cancellation fee of SEK 295 per order will be added. Of course, you do not have to cancel your entire order, but can cancel parts of it, if, for example, one person in the group is prevented. Closer than 2 days before your visit date, you can only make cancellations, not rebookings.

    You must cancel your visit before 09:00 on the day you will visit us. In case of cancellation after 09:00 the entire order amount is charged and no refund is then possible.

    If you want to buy back your ticket or rebook your ticket, you can do so at My Pages.

    Cancellation fees are charged regardless of whether they are the whole or part of the order that is canceled closer to 2 days before the visit. When buying 2-day tickets, the visit is considered to have started on the first day of the visit. Redemption is not possible after 09:00 on the first of two days. Cancellation fees are charged regardless of whether they are all or part of the order that is canceled later than 2 days before the visit.

    Redemptions cannot be made on site at the park. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products purchased at the park's checkouts.

    *Repurchase of the season ticket

    If you bought a Wild Card, you have the right to change your mind within 14 days of making the purchase. After that, repurchase is not possible. Please note that used products cannot be redeemed.

    2.3 Validity

    Wild Card 2024 is valid for admission in the 2024 season subject to availability (limited number of season ticket places per day). Visits must always be pre-booked via My pages. Not valid for admission to Horror Nights. The card is personal and, to be valid, must be registered with personal data and a photo of your face for identification upon entry. Abuse is punishable and results in the card being blocked temporarily or permanently. Blocked annual passes are not replaced.

    Date-controlled entrance tickets are only valid on the selected day. Dated entry tickets are used up after the validity date and cannot be used on another day.

    One-day tickets sold from 2024-03-01 apply to a specified opening day in the summer season 2024. Limited number of places per day.

    Two-day tickets sold from 2024-03-01 apply to two specified consecutive opening days in the summer season 2024. Limited number of places per day.

    Place reservations for the Dolphin show only apply to the selected date and time in combination with an entrance ticket/season pass. Applies subject to changes in the day's program due to unforeseen events. The booking is used up according to the validity period and date.

    Gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase at Gröna Lund, Kolmårdens Djurpark, Furuviksparken and Skara Sommarland.

    Booking a gondola in the Safari path or animal guided tours in a small group only applies to the selected date and time in combination with an entrance ticket/season pass. Applies subject to changes in the daily program due to unforeseen events. The booking is used up according to the validity period and date.

    The entrance ticket/season pass includes an unlimited number of rides in all of Kolmården's open rides with reservation for the attractions' safety rules, availability and varying selection during the year. All performances are included in the season ticket with reservations for varying offerings during the year. The visit must be booked in advance.

    Important information about Wild Card 2024 Kolmården follows rules, guidelines and recommendations from authorities and the government when it comes to minimizing the spread of Covid-19 or the like. Kolmården's range and activities may therefore vary with regard to current legislation, recommendations and the infection control situation. No compensation is paid to annual pass holders in the event of missed activities, as long as Kolmården is able to keep parts of the business open. Visits must always be booked in advance.

    2.4 Other park rules

    Due to safety reasons, the following may not be brought into Kolmården: pets, bicycle, rollerblades, kickboard, skateboard, hoverboard, barbecue, sound system or other objects that could endanger the safety of the park. Kolmården's staff decides whether additional items are stopped upon entry.

    3.0 OTHER PRODUCTS

    3.1 Delivery

    Normally shipped within 7 working days. Shipping fee will be added. Home delivery only takes place within Sweden. Please note that we only ship products to Sweden.

    We cooperate with Postnord, for information about your nearest delivery point visit www.postnord.se. If you discover damage to the package before opening it, report it to the delivery point where you picked up your package.

    3.2 Right of withdrawal

    You have the right to cancel your purchase without any particular reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The item must be in undamaged condition and in the original packaging. You as the buyer are responsible for the return cost.

    Contact us via e-mail to obtain a return shipping slip. The shipping cost for the return is deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

    3.3 Refund on return

    When paying through Klarna All refunds and crediting of invoices takes place via Klarna within 5 banking days of your return being registered with us. You will receive a confirmation that your return has been received and processed to the email address you entered in connection with your order.

    When paying by Gift Card The refund is made to the gift card you paid with within 5 days of your return being registered with us.

    3.4 Complaint

    We want all of you to be satisfied with your purchase. Should you receive a broken product, contact us and describe in detail what the fault is. Contact us via e-mail and we will help you. We pay the return shipping if an return of goods. due to complaint. In the event of a dispute, it is our policy to follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations.

    3.5 Unclaimed packages

    Packages usually stay with the agent for 2 weeks, packages not picked up are charged SEK 300 on the invoice. Unclaimed packages do not count as cancellation of your purchase. According to Swedish law, you must always notify us when using the right of withdrawal, complaint, exchange or return of your order.

    3.6 Other information

    We reserve the right to final sales and incorrect information regarding stocking.

    4. BINDING AGREEMENT

    4.1 A binding purchase agreement is only entered into when Kolmården sends you an order confirmation by e-mail. Save this order confirmation for any contacts with Kolmården regarding your purchase.

    5. EXEMPTION GROUNDS

    5.1 Neither Kolmården nor you are responsible for shortcomings in the fulfillment of the agreement, if this is due to a reason for exemption that is communicated to the other party without delay. A ground for release is a general labor dispute, war, fire, lightning strike, power outage, changed government regulation, terrorist attack, technical problem or similar circumstance that significantly hinders the party's performance of the agreement and which the party could not reasonably foresee or overcome. Kolmården also reserves the right for changes in the daily programme, attractions and other offerings due to unforeseen events such as weather effects. Even when a subcontractor to Kolmården is affected by such a circumstance, this constitutes grounds for exemption for Kolmården. An exemption ground exempts the relying party from damages and other penalties.

    6. INVALIDITY

    6.1. If a court, authority or arbitration panel should find that any provision in the Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the provision in question and all other provisions shall be valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
