Early admission
In order for you to have time for your experience with a good margin, you will be admitted to the park at 09:45 by Safariguide. You gather outside the main entrance to scan all entrance tickets. After that, you yourself will be allowed to walk through the park to the South America stable. NOTE! this only for guiding that starts at 10:30.
Collection
At the wooden plank to the left of the South American stable, at the selected time. It is not possible to connect after the meeting time.
The experience
The Exclusive Animal Guide takes approx. 30 minutes and is offered in groups for a maximum of 5 people. You will meet our animal keeper for the Exclusive animal guide at The South American stable. You choose the time for the guide in the booking step.
Age limit
Our Exclusive animal guided tours are valid from 15 years of age if not accompanied by an adult. The activity is recommended for people over the age of 3.
Ticket
Note that everyone in the party who will participate in the Exclusive animal guide need to buy a ticket, regardless of age. To take part in the guided tour, everyone in the party also needs to book an entrance ticket to the zoo. Rebooking of Exclusive Animal Guides is not possible.

Our Exclusive animal guided tours only take place in Swedish/Our Exclusive animal guided tours are conducted in Swedish.
